Price will be around £300 a week per apartment (same price for the weekend or the whole week).
Change of bedding/towels is not included but it will be provided on request. So is the cleaning of the flat if needed.
The electricity is a problem as the electricity bill is extremely expensive in Italy and the air con system could be left on for hours by the guests even when they are not in the apartments. So they either pay an extra, depending on how much electricity they have used (it could be a bit complicated though), or I add about £30 to the £300.
